A missing detail isn’t proof of an extra charge. It’s a reason to ask.

A few good questions.
What will I get?
An AI document review with a plain-English summary, stated prices and scope, and questions to clarify before signing. See the fictional example for the format. Availability is checked when this page loads.
How do I get back to my report?
Save the private link from your report page. We also remember your most recent report in this browser when browser storage is available. Reports are stored for 30 days. Anyone with the complete link can open the report, so keep it private.
Will I receive an email or need an account?
No account and no delivery email. Your report opens directly in your browser, where you can read it and download the PDF.
Can I use it for more than roofing?
The beta also accepts home renovation, plumbing, heating and cooling quotes. Questions adapt to the work described. Testing is still limited, so check the findings against your documents.
How is this different from asking a general AI?
The review follows eight categories, from scope and pricing to payments and warranties, then adapts questions to the trade. It includes document references, a saved report and a PDF. This adds structure and convenience; it does not make the analysis error-free.
What is the review method based on?
Our checklist draws on published homeowner guidance from the FTC, ENERGY STAR and NRCA. Text excerpts are checked against extractable PDF text; images require visual verification. These organizations have not reviewed or endorsed QuoteCheck. Matching an excerpt does not prove the interpretation is correct.
Does QuoteCheck tell me who to hire?
QuoteCheck is intended to explain documents and help you ask better questions. It does not verify a contractor, inspect the work, establish a fair market price, or replace qualified local advice.
What will it cost?
The current beta is free, with daily usage limits. No card or payment is required. A one-time paid offer is planned after further testing.
